Summary:     This series contains correspondence on voter apathy in Florida from 1972 to 1973.  The files consist of responses by pollworkers to Secretary of State Richard Stone, giving their views and opinions on reasons for low voter turnout in the 1972 primary elections.  The records also include Stone's final report and recommendations for election law changes.
