Biographical/Historical:     George Keith Walker (1809-1866) was a plantation owner in Leon County, Florida.
Summary:     This collection includes a letter from George Keith Walker to his cousin, detailing his anxieties about the approaching Union army. He also discusses the deaths of two of his daughters due to scarlet fever. Also included is a transcript of Walker's letter with additional information about the letter and the Walker family.
