Summary:     The series contains the securities files, dated 1964-1988, of the Division of Florida Land Sales and Condominiums, and its predecessor agencies, the Division of Florida Land Sales, the Division of Installment Land Sales, the Florida Land Sales Board, and the Florida Installment Land Sales Board.  The records document the regulation and development of residential condominiums and cooperative apartments by land development companies.  The records include correspondence, development schedules, improvement schedules, performance bonds, offering statements, orders, reports, trust agreements, escrow agreements, and letters of credit.
