Summary:     The series contains the ad valorem tax ratio study files of the Division of Ad Valorem Tax.  It documents the value of real property in the counties of Florida from 1971 to 1974.  The records consist of pre-printed tax ratio cards and county land parcel maps. Types of data include the name of the property owner, subsequent sales of property, assessed valuation, and a photograph of the property.  The series is incomplete for 1973, containing only the records for Gilchrist, Glades, Liberty, Okeechobee, Taylor, and Wakulla counties.
