Summary:     This series documents the administrative and legal activities of the Commission. The files include correspondences pertaining to the appointment of candidates for the Secretary of the Railroad Commission; receipts from the Treasury Department of Florida; legal documents; and cases between individuals, railroad companies, and the Commission. The legal documents include an ordinance granting a portion of a road to the Jacksonville Terminal company, an agreement between railroad companies, and a railroad tax return.
