The Online Catalog allows searching and browsing of information about the Florida State Archives’ holdings of over 48,000 cubic feet of state and local government records and historical manuscripts. The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Summary:     The series consists of a Certificate of Entitlement signed by the Clerk of the United States House of Representatives certifying how many Representatives the State of Florida is entitled to in the House.  A Certificate of Entitlement is sent to the executive of each state pursuant to section 2a(b), Title 2, United States Code, Reapportionment of Representatives, which states that, "It shall be the duty of the Clerk of the House of Representatives . . . to send to the executive of each State a certificate of the number of Representatives to which such State is entitled under this section."  The series also contains a cover letter conveying the Certificate of Entitlement to Governor Rick Scott.
