Biographical/Historical:     Katherine V. Howell was born in 1906 in Pensacola, Florida. When she was 16 years old, she began traveling around the state and collecting photographs and postcards. She died in Pensacola in 1980.
Summary:     This collection contains photographs and postcards of Miami and Pensacola, Florida, that Katherine V. Howell collected during her travels. The photographs include images of cars parked at a beach, J.B. Lockey Junior High School in Pensacola, and the Elks National Convention clock in Miami. Other images of Miami include Flagler Street and the Miami Beach Casino Swimming Pool.
