Summary:     The series contains the municipal charters and annexation ordinances of Florida cities and towns. Among other things, charters establish and incorporate municipalities, set the boundaries (in metes and bounds) for a city or town, and establish the form of government to be used. The earliest records in this series, 1915 to 1973, are in bound volumes and the rest are loose files.
