The Online Catalog allows searching and browsing of information about the Florida State Archives’ holdings of over 48,000 cubic feet of state and local government records and historical manuscripts. The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Summary:     This series contains the records documenting the organizing and administration of the Florida Women's Conference.  Conference organizers were inspired to build on the momentum of the Fourth United Nations Women's Conference held in Beijing, China in 1995. The conference addressed the efforts and needs of various individuals and groups that were operating in support of the multiple interests of women and girls in Florida.  Topics included health, family, and legal issues as well asleadership institutes for girls and women.  The conference was administered by the Executive Office of the Governor.
