The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Summary:     The Ringling Estate was willed to the State of Florida by circus magnate John Ringling in 1936.  In 1969, the Division of Cultural Affairs began serving in an advisory capacity to the Ringling Musuem of Art.  The series includes budget material, correspondence, minutes and monthly reports concerning the Ringling Museum and Asolo theater from 1970 to 1974.
