Summary:     This fragmentary collection consists primarily of letters to and from members of the Storrs family of Carrabelle, Florida. The letters concern various family matters including the health of women suffering a variety of ailments believed by their doctors to be "nervous disease," the interest of one Atlanta doctor in visiting Carrabelle to enjoy the fishing, and the death of a father in 1912.

    The collection also includes transcripts of depositions given in the case of the murder of Leon County Superintendent of Public Instruction Nicholas Eppes in Tallahassee in September 1904, and legal and financial documents relating to the banking establishment of B.C. Lewis & Sons. There is no indication of how these items are related the Storrs family letters.
