Biographical/Historical:
Summary:     This single-item collection contains a ledger with some information concerning the operation of a cotton and tobacco farm. It also includes some information that appears to document the sale or issuance of food stuffs. The first few pages contain a draft letter concerning the unknown author's difficulties in obtaining reports from surrounding areas for what appears to be a religious organization. The difficulties mount to force a resignation. Following the letter are a few pages of court entries for 1866.
