Summary:     The collection contains four videotapes of a January 1987 conversation between Governors LeRoy Collins and Reubin Askew at the Old Capitol. At the invitation of ITT Community Development Corporation, Collins and Askew discussed Florida's growing environmental maturity and the effect that understanding is having on public policy and development practices. The conversation spans two videotapes; of the four, the tapes marked "wide" should be used. The two tapes marked "tight" are close-ups and reaction shots. D & L Communications of Tallahassee, Florida, produced the tapes.
