Summary:     The Girl Scouts presented its "Horizons '76" bicentennial plans to Governor Reubin Askew on March 12, 1976, at a candle-lighting ceremony in the state capitol rotunda to honor the American Revolution Bicentennial. The book contains resumes of activities of Florida's Girl Scout councils and the goals they were working towards. The participating councils were Tropical Florida, Apalachee Bend, Gulfcoast, Northwest Florida, Citrus Central Florida, Suncoast, Broward City, Heart of Florida and Gateway. The volume is 16 pages long.
