Summary:     This series documents Governor Graham's "One-on-One" meetings with department heads from 1978 to 1986.  Included in these records are the Governor's meetings with the heads of those departments directly under his control (non-cabinet departments).  The two major types of files are one-on-one meeting files and active or inactive files.  The meeting files contain the agenda for specific meetings between the governor and agency head, along with correspondence and supporting documents.  The active and inactive files contain copies of recent or upcoming one-on-one meeting files, along with supporting materials such as correspondence, memoranda, and reports.
