The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Summary:     This series contains the Governor's tape dictation letters, 1981 through 1987, consisting of direct transcriptions of the letters dictated by the Governor during the course of each day. Included are directions about how letters should be addressed (for example, first name or last name basis) and who should receive letters (for example, one or more members of a committee).  There are also copies of miscellaneous tape memoranda, photographs, and correspondence, including congratulatory letters.  Some of the letters in the series have newspaper clippings attached to them as well.
