The Online Catalog allows searching and browsing of information about the Florida State Archives’ holdings of over 48,000 cubic feet of state and local government records and historical manuscripts. The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Biographical/Historical:     In 1997, the House Committee on Real Property and Probate became a standing committee with a permanent staff under the provisions of Ch. 68-35, Laws.  This committee was originally a subcommittee under the former House Committee on Judiciary (1971-1996).
Summary:     This series contains committee records including bill files, meeting files, and subject files.  The records document legislation relating to real estate, condominiums, mobile homes, construction liens, eminent domain, homeowner's associations, local government planning, probate, trusts and estates, and guardians.
