The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Summary:     The series contains the sales journal of the Florida State Hospital from 1954 to 1970.  The ledger lists the date, name of person or account, description of account, accounts receivable, department sales, and the general balance.  Examples of accounts include individuals, the hospital drink stand, and various correctional institutions.  Examples of the types of accounts include electricity, water, materials, and supplies.  The ledger is a continuation of another ledger because the first page is numbered 223.  The first ledger has not been located.
