Summary:     This series contains civil defense emergency hospital records from 1957 to 1973 maintained by the Division of Health and its predecessor agency, the State Board of Health.  The records include memoranda, invoices, delivery records, supply inventories, and agreements regarding Packaged Disaster Hospitals (PDH), Hospital Reserve Disaster Inventories (HRDI), and National Disaster Hospitals (NDH).  The records provide information on the supply and inventory of materials for disaster shelters and hospitals.
