Summary:     This series contains the records, dated 1974-1975, maintained by the Office of the Secretary, Dept. of Health and Rehabilitative Services, regarding the implementation of the recommendations of the Governor's Management and Efficiency Study Commission (GMES) for reorganization of the Department.
    The materials document the activities of the GMES Implementing Liaison Officer in the Division of Planning and Evaluation who submitted agency status reports on the implementation of the recommendations.  The records contain recommendations, evaluations, status reports, correspondence, and supporting materials.
