	Summary:	This series contains the land parcel title closing records from 1955 to 1974 of the Florida State Turnpike Authority. The majority of these records document the final transactions for the purchase of land for the Sunshine State Parkway from 1955 to 1964. The later materials document the sale of extra land by the Dept. of Transportation. The documents include correspondence, deeds, title opinions, title insurance, and legal documents.
