Summary:     This series contains a 1980 promotional film entitled "Main Street, Florida" sponsored by the Dept. of Transportation.  The 16 mm color motion picture film is about the many attractions along the Sunshine State Parkway.  The 13 minute, 40 second film uses folk singing with banjo and a blues song with harmonica as background, while showing people using turnpike facilities.
    The film shows a "typical" American family and newlyweds visiting places along the way:  Cape Canaveral; Walt Disney World; Bok Tower; Cypress Gardens.  It also shows Burt Reynolds filming "Smokey and the Bandit II"; and two girls headed for fun in Fort Lauderdale have car trouble and are spotted by the Florida Highway Patrol plane and receive assistance.
