The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Summary:     The series contains the records of the Board of Phosphate Commissioners from 1891 to 1899.  The records include minutes, incoming correspondence, letter books of outgoing correspondence, applications for contracts, maps, and an account ledger documenting the activities of the Commission.  There is some incoming correspondence, 1890-1891, regarding phosphate issues that was sent to Governor Fleming prior to the creation of the Commission.
