The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. The subject files document the interaction between the Board and its marketing department and home economists; other state and national government agencies; and members of the seafood industry.  The files contain correspondence, promotional materials, reports, and newspaper clippings.  It documents the promotion of seafood consumption and the development of the seafood industry in Florida.
