Summary:     The series contains general correspondence from 1953 to 1962 of the Tsala Apopka Basin Recreation and Water Control Authority concerning water management within the district's boundaries in Citrus County.  Some records from its successor agency, the Southwest Florida Water Management District from 1961 to 1962 are also included.  The files contain incoming and outgoing correspondence, a book of minutes from June 6, 1956 to December 27, 1962, and records of bills paid.
