The Online Catalog allows searching and browsing of information about the Florida State Archives’ holdings of over 48,000 cubic feet of state and local government records and historical manuscripts. The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Summary:     The series contains supporting back-up material to the meetings of the Board of Control (1952-1964) and the Board of Regents (1965-1971) including correspondence, budget material, reports, and other related documents.  The related minutes of these meetings are located in Series 1.
    Also included are seven volumes which contain backup material arranged by subject for Florida State University, University of Florida, University of South Florida, Florida Atlantic University, Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University Hospital, and the Board of Regents.  These volumes were probably used for quick reference by the Regent's Corporate Secretary to these agency's agenda items.
