Summary:     This volume contains the minutes of the Trustees of the James D. Westcott Estate.  It only contains three entries, dated November, 1929, January, 1930, and February, 1930.  The minutes document the members present, topics discussed, and action taken.  The Trustees authorized John G. Kellum, the manager of the Estate, to sell twenty acres of estate land to the Florida State College for Women.
