Summary:     The series consists of telephone orders issued to the Peninsular Telephone Company and the Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph Company by the Railroad and Public Utilities Commission and its predecessor, the Railroad Commission.  Included are maps of base rate areas and exchange tariffs, which list rates and regulations.
    The orders cover the period from 1935 to 1961.  Orders issued to these two companies prior to 1935 are in Series 207.  Orders to all of the other telephone and telegraph companies in Florida are also located in Series 207.
