Summary:     The series contains reports sent to the Office of the Auditor of Public Accounts from the Clerks of the Superior Courts in the Territory of Florida from 1830 to 1831.  The records list the monies collected by the Courts for the apprehension of criminals and the punishment of crimes and misdemeanors.  Information includes the name of the criminal, the charge, and the cost of the fine.
