Biographical/Historical:     Fred L. Robertson was a Confederate veteran born in South Carolina in 1844. Robertson, a prominent member of the Florida Division of the United Confederate Veterans organization, served as Assistant Adjutant General of the Commander in Chief and Secretary of the Finance Committee. In 1903, he published Soldiers of Florida in the Seminole Indian, Civil and Spanish-American Wars. He passed away in 1908.

Summary:     This collection consists of correspondence, records and paperwork related to the Florida Division of the United Confederate Veterans and Fred L. Robertson's role within the organization.
