	Summary:	This series contains registers of practitioners and guest speakers compiled by the Florida Public Service Commission. The Practitioner Register contains the names of all of the people certified to practice before the Public Service Commission and its predecessor agencies from 1945 to 1979. It contains the names, addresses, register number assigned, date the number was assigned, and in what capacity they would be practicing before the commission (Class A, Class B). The volume is divided into alphabetical order by last name and it is then chronological by date of registration. There is also a separate list which lists the "People Which Hold Class B Practitioner Certificates" and a sheet which describes the processing of both types of applications. Also included in the Practitioner register is an index of register numbers from number 428 to 1403 which references the letter of the alphabet under which that register number appears. For example, 428 D would be a practitioner whose last name begins with D and whose certificate number is 428. This index is handwritten on several small sheets of paper. The Guest Register contains the names of all of the people who registered to speak before the commission from 1979 to 1996. It is arranged chronologically in the order in which the person signed the register.
