Biographical/Historical:     The Florida Alliance of Planned Parenthood Affiliates conducts legislative and public policy advocacy, voter education, and local organizing to promote the reproductive health care mission of Florida's Planned Parenthood affiliates.
Summary:     This collection consists primarily of yearly reports produced by Carolyn Pardue of Pardue and Associates for the Florida Alliance of Planned Parenthood Affiliates regarding legislative issues and bills concerning women's reproductive health issues and general women's health issues. Issues covered include abortion, contraception, breast and cervical cancer, and infant/child health. The reports provide information on legislative bills impacting these issues and the voting records of legislators on these bills.

    The collection also includes some miscellaneous items collected by Carolyn Pardue relating to politics or women's reproductive issues. Among these materials are pro-choice advertising campaign audio and video recordings (1989-1990) and Richard Nixon 1972 election campaign literature.
