The Online Catalog allows searching and browsing of information about the Florida State Archives’ holdings of over 48,000 cubic feet of state and local government records and historical manuscripts. The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Biographical/Historical:     In 2008, the Senate Policy and Steering Committee on Social Responsibility became a standing committee with a permanent staff under the provisions of Ch. 68-35, Laws.  In 2007, the committee was known as the Social Responsibility Policy & Calendar Committee.


Summary:     This series contains recordings of the Senate Policy and Steering Committee on Social Responsibility (2008-2010) and the Senate Social Responsibility Policy & Calendar Committee (2007).  The recordings document committee meetings and contain discussion on legislation pertaining to bills.  The recordings are not transcribed, but some recordings may be indexed.
