The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. 	Biographical/Historical:	In 2009 the State Universities & Private Colleges Policy Committee became a standing committee with a permanent staff under the provisions of Ch. 68-35, Laws. The committee reviews legislation dealing with university and college education in Florida including issues regarding tuition, student fees, prepaid college programs, financial assistance, student health insurance, graduate programs, and the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program. In 2009, the House State & Community Colleges & Workforce Policy Committee was also formed for one year. In 2010, this committee was merged with the State Universities & Private Colleges Policy Committee.
	Summary:	This series contains audio recordings for the House State Universities & Private Colleges Policy Committee (2009 - ) and the House State & Community Colleges & Workforce Policy Committee.
