The Online Catalog allows searching and browsing of information about the Florida State Archives’ holdings of over 48,000 cubic feet of state and local government records and historical manuscripts. The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Summary:     This collection consists of a survey map of the northwest Gulf Coast of Florida, extending from Perdido Bay, the western boundary of Florida shared with Alabama, to Apalachee Bay, into which the Apalachicola River flows. The sketched map is based upon published maps by the United States Coastal Survey. The area depicted includes Santa Rosa Bay and St. George's Sound, and shows lighthouses, naval yards, and camps. The map also has a note section explaining the various lines and symbols used.
