The Online Catalog allows searching and browsing of information about the Florida State Archives’ holdings of over 48,000 cubic feet of state and local government records and historical manuscripts. The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Summary:     The series consists of four bound volumes which contain the Governor's file index for 1909, 1911, 1913, and 1914.  The file index lists the names of correspondents alphabetically with file location codes next to each name.  Also, at the beginning of each index, the names of state officials are listed.
    The Governors during this period were Albert W. Gilchrist (1909-1913) and Park Trammel (1913-1917).  The Archives does not have the original files that these indexes reference, but it does have some of the correspondence of Gilchrist in Series 32 (1909) and of Gilchrist and Trammel in Series 613 (1909-1914).
