	Biographical/Historical:	The Florida Construction Program was a public works program administered by the Board of Commissioners of State Institutions, established to provide work relief and increase employment in the construction trades by expanding or adding new buildings to state institutions. Funding for the project came from state appropriations as allocated in 1935 (Chapter 35-17271, Laws of Florida), and federal grants and loans from the Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works, also called the Public Works Administration (PWA).
	Summary:	This collection consists of eight black and white photographs of two PWA-Florida Construction Program construction projects: the Infirmary at Florida State College for Women (later Florida State University) and the extension to the Florida Capitol. The images are in poor condition.
