Summary:     This collection, compiled from various sources by Florida Photographic Collection founder Allen Morris, documents various facets of Tampa, Florida, from the late 19th century into the mid-20th century. The photographs include images of a railroad accident on a bridge, construction of the Tampa Bay Hotel, the interior and exterior of Tibbett Brothers Drug Store, residential areas, and churches. The collection also includes an image of McGregor Smith, Chairman of the Florida Industrial Development Council, and a 1942 portrait of Mary Holland, wife of Florida Governor Spessard Holland.
