The Online Catalog allows searching and browsing of information about the Florida State Archives’ holdings of over 48,000 cubic feet of state and local government records and historical manuscripts. The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Biographical/Historical:     In accordance with Rule 1S-2.015(4) of the Florida Administrative Code as established in 1994, each county Supervisor of Elections is required to provide a security procedures manual to be placed on file with the Division of Elections.  Changes to the security procedures are submitted by the county Supervisor to the Division of Elections, which the changes to determine if they meet the minimum requirements set forth in this rule. 



Summary:     This series contains county election security procedures and related correspondence.  The security procedures include copies of schedules, logs, and checklists used by the county Supervisor of Elections office in counting and securing ballots.  This series documents changes made to security procedures by the county Supervisor and changes which are approved or denied by the Division of Elections.
