The Online Catalog allows searching and browsing of information about the Florida State Archives’ holdings of over 48,000 cubic feet of state and local government records and historical manuscripts. The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Summary:     The series contains death warrants for executions carried out in Florida between 1869 - 1972 and 1992 - 2012.  The records include correspondence relating to the warrants and executions, transcripts of court testimony, and Boxes 40 - 45 contain reports and correspondence of the clemency (pardon) board.  In addition, there are three volumes (1896-1965) which contain copies of all of the death warrants issued.
