The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Summary:     The series contains the correspondence of Dept. of Administration Secretary Nevin G. Smith from July 1981 to July 1984.  Correspondence from 1979 to June 1981 is missing.  The records document the administrative functions of the Department.
