    Pasco County was established in 1887 by an act of the State Legislature.  It was formed from the southern portion of Hernando County.  The Clerk of the Circuit Court in each county serves as the official custodian of deed, marriage, probate, and other county records.

    This series consists of a record of livestock driven or shipped from Pasco County, Florida, from 1904 to 1917.  The information includes date of transport, name of owner, how the livestock was transported, destination, amount and kind of livestock, and the animals' markings and brands.  The books are indexed.
