The Clerk of the Circuit Court in each county serves as the official custodian of deed, marriage, and probate records.
Summary:     This series consists of a microfilm copy of the will books of Saint Lucie County, Florida, circa 1905 to 1925.  A will is a legal instrument by which people declare how they wish their property or estate to be disposed of after their death.  Wills usually contain direct statements regarding the relationships between the deceased and his family and denote ownership of specific property and goods. The will books are indexed.
The recording dates of the wills in book 3 range from circa 1915 to 1925; the dates of the actual wills and/or death dates may fall outside of this range.  This book also contains many out-of-state wills and does not appear to be arranged chronologically.
