Biographical/Historical:     The Town of Seabreeze, which is located in Volusia County, Florida on the Atlantic coast, was incorporated in 1901 (Ch. 5099, Laws).  The Town was annexed into the City of Daytona Beach in 1925 (Ch. 10466, Laws).
Summary:     This collection contains the tax records of the Town of Seabreeze from 1908 to 1925.  The records consist of tax assessment rolls, tax sale certificates, and road and sidewalk tax assessments.  The documents include such information as description of land, lot and block identification, assessed value of land, name of owner, and amount of tax paid.
