Biographical/Historical:     The Upham Beach Park Board was created in 1955 to oversee the operation of Upham Beach Park.  Upham Beach Park was an 800 foot stretch of private beach on the Gulf of Mexico in Pinellas County, Florida.  The beach was open only to residents of Saint Petersburg Beach, Florida.  The functions of the Board were transferred to the Saint Petersburg Beach City Commission in 1972.
Summary:     The series contains the administrative files of the Upham Beach Park Board from 1955 to 1972 regarding the maintenance and use of Upham Beach Park.  The records include minutes, resolutions, and correspondence.
