Summary:     This series contains the legislative committee subject files from 1977 to 1978 of the Constitution Revision Commission.  House Minority Leader, William G. "Bill" James, served as chairman of the Legislative Committee.  The records document the decisions of the Committee regarding changes to the 1968 Constitution on matters involving the Legislature, such as impeachment and reapportionment.  The materials include minutes, proposed constitutional changes, actions of the committee, and reports.
