The Online Catalog allows searching and browsing of information about the Florida State Archives’ holdings of over 48,000 cubic feet of state and local government records and historical manuscripts. The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Summary:     This series documents the work of joint, conference, select and interim committees and commissions. The records include minutes, correspondence, memoranda, reports and newspaper clippings.

    With the 2012 Session, the Senate began putting all text-based records on one DVD for an entire Session year. Because of this, some joint committees are included on the same discs as full Senate committees. When this is the case, the joint committees are described here in accordance with past description practices. The extent and actions are incorporated in the S18 level record.

Location of Originals/Duplicates: For recent committee records, 3 sets of each disk are available: a use copy, a master copy, and a vault copy.  All three copies are described in S. 20, Box 155.  The master copy and vault copy are located in Bethanie Telesz's office.
