The Online Catalog allows searching and browsing of information about the Florida State Archives’ holdings of over 48,000 cubic feet of state and local government records and historical manuscripts. The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Summary:     This contains the subject files of Governor Graham's Legislative Affairs Office from 1979 to 1986.  The records include correspondence, memoranda, legislative bills, studies, reports, newspaper clippings, and computer printouts.
    The files from 1979-1981 have no arrangement.  Starting in 1982 the series is arranged first by year; then by a numerical designation given to each subject as it was received in the office. For example, the first letter the office received in 1986 was regarding the legislative session and thus it is numbered 86-1.  The series contains an alphabetical card index for the years 1982, 1984, and 1985 at the end of the series.  The index is arranged by subject and references the numerical designation that the subject was given. Indexes for the years 1983 and 1986 are missing.
