State Archives of Florida Online Catalog

	Summary:	This series contains records of the proceedings and transcripts of testimony in the impeachment cases of Circuit Judges George E. Holt and Richard Kelly. Judge Holt was impeached by the House for bringing his court into disrepute but was not convicted by a two-thirds vote in the Senate. Judge Kelly was impeached by the House for intimidating and embarrassing people in his court. The Senate trial terminated without a verdict.
