The Online Catalog allows searching and browsing of information about the Florida State Archives’ holdings of over 48,000 cubic feet of state and local government records and historical manuscripts. The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. The original master audio tape recordings may be used only by Archives staff to create a new use copy when necessary. Duplicate files of electronic audio recordings located on the Department's server may be accessed only by Archives staff for reference or duplication purposes.

	Summary:	This series is comprised of full committee, subcommittee and conference committee meeting recordings. The recordings contain discussion of legislation pertaining to each committee's area of specialization. There are no transcripts, but some committee recordings include lists of bills heard.
